17th MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS

The Council of Ministers (“the Council”) as the Community’s policy – making organ is charged with, among responsibilities, keeping under constant review the implementation of the programmes of the Community. In this regard it is important that at the beginning of each Ordinary Meeting of the Council, the Secretariat tables a report on the implementation of the decisions, directives regulations and recommendations previously made.
